Pet Policy


Breed Restrictions :
Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Great Danes, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Dalmation, German Shepard, Great Dane, Mastiff, St. Bernard, and mixes of these breeds.

Weight Restrictions :
65lbs. and over must be on the ground level

Pet Limit :
2 pet limit per apartment

Fees :
Dog-$200
Cat-$200

Monthly Pet Rent-$25 per pet. Please keep in mind that pets must be on a leash at all times and picked up after to avoid any type of fines.
